1. Definitions

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

Game results are determined by mathematical algorithms independently tested and certified by third-party auditing firms. pura88 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over individual results. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

pura88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months), or at our sole discretion to protect Platform integrity. If your account is terminated for terms violations, all bonuses, pending bets, and account balances may be forfeited. 11. Limitations of Liability
